toytrains1 questioned:

An overall video of action on the layout. All three trains consist of AtlasO reefers, about 150 in total. The outside track has the MTH Premier GN Z-6 Challenger 4-6-6-4, GN R-2 2-8-8-2 and the GN S-2 Northern 4-8-4. The middle track has an MTH Premier PRR K4s Pacific 4-6-2 pulling and another K4s pushing. The third track has the MTH Premier PRR L1 Mikado 2-8-2 pulling and the PRR B28 0-6-0 pushing. That makes a total of seven steam locomotives inaction at one time. Please visit my web site …

AWESOME! Can’t rem when i saw so many boxcars. Union Pacific got longer trains than nebody else! When u at a crossing and there’s five diesels in front, u better off turning around if u can.

If I had that many locos running at the same time, the CTA Blue Line to O’Hare airport would slow down!

I’m surprised all that smoke didn’t set off the smoke detector in your house! Fantastic layout though, I really want at least 4 Premier trains, so far I have one :)

While I’ve demonstrated DCS at many train shows, I don’t view them as a competition. :)

Fantastic Video. MTH Engines and Atlas reefers are both “Best in Class”. How did you use steam engines to push? I thought that except for the switchers, that steamers do not have opperating front couplers.

There IS a smoke detector and it occasionally goes off when I’m running six or seven steamers at the same time.

It’s a show track that normally has a few locomotives on it. I take them off when filming.
