Model Railroad Vol 1: Modeling a prototype
modeltrainz questioned:
Many consider state-of-the-art in the model railroading leisure activity today to be modeling a prototype railroad. In this first how-to DVD volume, we have collected several how-to shorts into chapters that give you for-example expert techniques on modeling a real-life railroad in miniature.
You are a professional.
The rest ( us amateurs) can only praise you.

oh dont worry, as long as your pleased with your layout who cares what this makes urs look like or others, jus keep working on it and you could have one like this one. and fyi this one makes mine looks terrible too so dont worry
Hey don’t complain…………Reckon about us poor guys that have run a carpet RR!! plus I’ve got cats, and their FREAKIN hair gets caught in the drive rods!!! AHHHHH!!! If you see my vid “Model trains huge boy 4015 & challengers” you’ll see hair on my rio grande !!! P.S. they also like to attack my trains when the go under the bed, and I sometimes can’t reach the cars!!! AHHH!!
If you saw George Sellios layout, you will say that this one looks like crap too. There is always something better.
im working on a layout of my own and when i saw this video it made my layout look like a peace of crap
Absolutely one of the best, most gorgeous layouts I’ve seen. Incredible detail and I like the rust on the metal bridges. Very nice scenery.
Check out my beginning model train layout (video) and update video.
Fantastic job, without your voice in the movie, it looks like a real train!!!
AWESOME!!!!
Wow, makes me wanna switch from proto free lancing to modeling the SP
the SP does have some gorgeous scenery, one of my personal favorites is the run between Sacramento and Seattle…I hope to model part of it some day.
Hey Joe, I’ve seen that one some where before…oh, yes your DVD series. Just as excellent here as in the DVD. Makes it simple to share online too!
Thanks,
Ryan (aka GoldenSpike)
